Leaving this morning for Ga. to drop my son off on the adventure of a lifetime hiking all 2,181 miles of the Appalachian Trail. Im excited for him and jealous at the same time, wish I could do it too! He will take periodic 1 night stays in hostels that are along the trail but if any friends out there live relatively near the trail and would like to be what is known as a trail angel and hook him up for one night of a home cooked meal, warm shower and bed, just contact me here.
