Qibya massacre 14/10/1953 the Zionist army units surrounded the village of qibya in Western Ramallah (had a population of approximately 200 people, massacre day) with a force of about 600 troops, after intensive artillery shelling targeted the homes and, later, Israeli occupying forces moved into the village and were firing indiscriminately. While the infantry unit chased the defenceless Palestinian citizens and shot the other units to put explosive charges on some of the houses it torpedoed by on their populations, and may link to Israeli soldiers outside the houses during Setup to blow it up and shot both attempted to escape from these houses intended for detonation, the outcome destroyed 56 homes and massacre the village mosque and school and water tank which fed, also killed 67 Palestinians men, women and children and injured hundreds of others.
