Lee Perkins Interview continued, check our feed for all the earlier updates: You worked on the film HEAT with Jason Statham, and Hope Davis directed by Simon West. Tell us about that experience: Working with Simon West, who was the director of Con Air, was really great to work with. I told him when we were on set that I really enjoyed The General’s Daughter and it turns out that that was his favorite film of his and it turns out that HEAT was written by the same screenwriter. It was really a great time working on that film. I got to work with Jason Statham and Hope Davis and they were great to work with. Jason Statham is a great guy and he works REALLY hard and he deserves all the credit that he is getting. You see how hard he works when you are on set with him. And Simon West is a great director and they’ve put together a great cast. The action stuff that I saw WOW! There are some amazing things going on. We shot that in New Orleans in the casinos so that was an adventure in and of itself.
