Left winger Jake Wright of the Woodstock Slammers took home the MHL scoring title for 2013-14 with 77 points in 52 games. The 20 year old from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was a model of consistency for much of the season, particularly after December 1st. In 30 games since that date, Wright recorded at least one point in 27 of those contests. In addition, he recorded multiple points in three or more consecutive games on four different occasions. The second year MHLer led the league in assists with 53 and finished tied for second with 11 powerplay goals.
