Leg Day #1 is usually on Monday but Im configuring a new workout schedule so Sundays it is! 1. 4x20/10/5/2 front squat, alternating SL box jumps, matching RDLs (same sets/weight as f.squat) 2. 3x5 back squat, hop over box jumps 3. 3x12/6/3 deadlift 4. 3x6 hang clean 5. 3x8ea: lunge-stepup-balance (120degree angle, lateral, straight), box jumps (90degrees, lateral, SL), SL RDLs 6. Bonus: single attempt at highest box jump since surgery ;) Feeling better and better and that much closer to where I was before the surgery.
