Leg Day at FTS!! My secret to a heavy squat thats not really a secret. Put the weight on the bar and just get under it. Theres a ton of squat variations out there from full squats to box squats etc. Here is 405# for 2 sets of 12 reps. I put the blue pad down since I was sitting down on a hard surface with a bar flexing on my back. Didnt want any extra pressure on my spine. Doing this for 12 reps and getting under 315# after makes it feel like 135#.
