Leg Day was brutal and awesome all in one: 6sets of squats, 6 sets of deadlifts, 6 sets of leg press, 6 sets of extensions. During the Squats: I did bodyweight squats in between sets with a pause at the bottom to really try to fatique my muscles. I did not focus on the weight i focused on the movements, the tension in my muscles, and i did my reps until i could barely bring the bar back in place. Yes I can barely walk today and Legs were 2 days ago......Whew....Had a great motivating chat with Evan Lagace and Sophie Lagace IFBB Pro #TeamPD, and we talked about how we can my legs a growin ...bottom line: work smart, fatigue the muscle, eat well. It sounds so easy!!!!! LOL
