Leg day and...Hotel gym workout time! Finished off my #bikinibootybam workout today with these single leg @trxtraining split squats! This is actually a pretty solid hotel gym but limited stuff for legs so heres what I did: Warm-up, jump squats 3 sets of 20 and then opted to do single leg movements for most of the workouts....try it out for yourself, 3-4 sets of each exercise, I did 15 reps for most sets- work it!
