Leg day continued.....SQUATS.... If you aint squattin you aint ____. ensure knees dont go forward of your toes and you are coming down to 90 degrees. Inhale on the way down and tighten your core, exhale, tighten your glutes and push from your heels on the way up. Great conditioner for the shoulders, back and of course gains in power and size on the legs. The wide grip works for me and I feel like I have better control of the bar but that might not work for all. #beformless
