Leg day yesterday, 30 sets total and 20 were squats. Some lighter below parallel, some paused out of the rack & finished with a few sets of 10 reps of 60kg pausing on racks at the bottom. Nothing but squats and leg press simple works for me & 4 sets of an exercise isnt enough so I keep it basic and change depth/ feet position & speed of reps. Trying to pay less attention to the scales obviously the more muscle Ive put on the heavier I can get but the 2 things that matter to me is how I feel and how I feel about how I look :)
