Leg session! End of week 2. Here is a bit of an overview of todays workout. - Pause back squat - Leg press Superseted w/ seated calves raises - Leg extension Superseted w/ leg curl - Leg press calves raises Not too bad despite the accumulate fatigue due to the 6 days routine in a row. That program needs some modifications apparently! This is how you learn what works for you guys, by trying tones of stuff before! Have a good weekend! #legday
