Legal Lesson: A facebook friend of mine is in need of encouragement. Her name is Megan Figueiredo Vizena and is in a political tug of war where the media and others that does not support her political position is attempting to find anything they can to discredit her and destroy her reputation. Being a licensed private investigator, most of you know that I have been in that same position and just as quickly as it began it ended and people soon forgot and life returned to normal. We are all human, we all make mistakes, and there are consequences for each and every mistake we make, then there are those certain individuals that attempt to expose the mistake or mistakes for personal gain and selfish motives and I believe that is what my friend is facing. Megan has done more for the community than most people have done in their lifetime. Megan cares about people and does not deserve the self - serving motives of others that she now faces. If you reside in Jefferson Davis Parish then you know how politics can rear its ugly head and attempt to ruin names and lives. Im asking my friends to send Megan a few words of encouragement, she could use it. Thank you and God Bless.
