Legal Notice to Facebook As of January, 7th, 2015 at 9.00 am Indian Standard Time, I am hereby notifying Facebook, its Directors, employees, its associated companies, agents and entities and their directors and employees and their legal heirs and assigns, here-after collectively called Facebook, that I Jayant Jain, do NOT give them permission to use my personal details, pictures, information, posts, friends details, activity details or any other information /content provided in my face-book profile and account for all time, viz. currently at present, in the the past, or in the future. By this statement I give notice that I strictly forbid Facebook to disclose, share, copy, distribute, advertise, sell to others in whole or in part, or take any other action for any research, commercial or legal purpose, against me based on contents of this profile and account. All content is to be strictly considered as personal, private and confidential information and all rights for this intellectual property belongs to me and my heirs. The violation of privacy can be prosecuted / punished by law (UCC 1-308-11 308-103 and Rome statute) and various other laws existing in the domains of residence of Facebook and myself.
