Legal aid has been cut for practically everything - from family matters to consumer. But if you are a convicted murderer of a hero just find a lawyer who will put forward even the lack of comfort in your cell as a HUMAN RIGHTS claim - all at the expense of the taxpayer. Pensioners go cold this winter and people cant find a GP due to funding cuts. But for human rights cases - unlimited taxpayer cash. Fortunately, UKIP plans to scrap the absurdity of the Human Rights legislation. Please spare a moment to think of the widow of the police officer who gets no help.
