Legendary Musicians Celebrate Animal Freedom Day on July 26th Webcast Join IDA in support of the 5th Animal Freedom Day (AFD), an international, nonprofit, annual event raising awareness about animal rights, environmental issues, human health concerns, and the hunger crisis. Each year on the fourth Saturday in July, AFD participants don’t consume animal products or by-products. Each year another animal-free day is added! AFD streams a live webcast with performances by musicians and artists from around the world, including: Rapper’s Delight (former Sugarhill Gang), Fred Penner, Jarvis Church of The Philosopher Kings, Canada’s top conductor Boris Brott, and many more. The performances for AFD were recorded in various locations throughout Canada. More than 20 artists have lent their talents for the online webcast, which takes place tomorrow, July 26, 2014 beginning at 12pm EST via the AFD YouTube Channel (https://youtube/animalfreedomdayintl).
