A survey was sent to teachers, who are members of the Professional Association of Educators ( PAGE), about the current standardized testing program in Georgia. When asked if the current standardized testing program benefits students, 72% disagree or strongly disagree, 19% are neutral, and 9% agree or strongly agree. And, when asked if students are less engaged in class after taking a standardized test, 84% agree to strongly agree, 9% are neutral, and 7% disagree to strongly disagree.
