Legislature, CCMA, ESKOM and Department of Labour to Launch "Ditirelo Bathong" The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration(CCMA); ESKOM; North West Provincial Legislature and the Department of Labour have joined hands in establishing a public outreach program termed "Ditirelo Bathong." This initiative is informed by the fact that the four institutions have a common responsibility of providing services to members of the public though at different levels. In so doing, each institution is driven by their vision, mission statements to achieve its strategic objectives. As such a broader interaction with its users and general public is necessary. The Ditirelo Bathong initiative will officially be launched at Olympia Stadium in Rustenburg on the 24th August 2013. The programme will commence at 08h00. On the day of the event, there will be stalls which exhibits activities of different institutions. Such exhibits will involve popularising of the Institutions, enhancing awareness on public participation and promoting employee wellbeing through competitions in different sporting codes such as soccer, netball and volleyball. About 2000 people from indigenous communities in particular around Rustenburg are expected to attend.
