Legs Flyup Lateral Squat - This exercise is great to add into a leg workout. 1⃣ Start with your feet together with your toes slightly turned out. 2⃣ Softening through the knees, sitting back into the glutes. 3⃣ Sliding one leg out to the side, keeping your body upright, drop down into a squat trying to get your bum just below your knees, keeping your weight situated more towards your supporting leg. 4⃣ Pull your leg into the midline as you stand up. 5⃣ Repeat Start with 3 x 10 r+l and build it up to a dynamic speed with reps up to 20 per side.
