Legs tonight!!! Decided to do some muscle confusion. Leg day does not mean nut busting heavy weight. Hear is our leg workout. Leg extensions. 5x12 (hold for 2 seconds at top) Leg Press. 3x50 ( 1st set 12 plates, 2nd set 16 plates, 3rd set 18 plates) Squats. 4x15,12,10,20 Barbell Lunges. 3x12 (12 reps each leg) Lying leg curl. 4x12 (20 partials after every set) Standing one leg curl. 3x15,12,10 (hold at top for 2 seconds. Switch from one leg to the other without rest). Eat Clean, Train Hard, and Get Huge!!!!
