Now, 33 years after buying their first Basquiat painting, the couple is displaying pieces from their collection at Acquavella Galleries in an exhibition titled Jean-Michel Basquiat Drawing: Work from the Schorr Family Collection. The exhibition is curated by Fred Hoffman and features 22 drawings and some related paintings created between 1981 and 1986, none of which are for sale despite the increasing demand for Basquiats early work.
