Lent begins March 5 and is the season by which Christians assimilate the sufferings of Jesus Christ as a result many give up something they take for granted, others do acts of kindness to the less fortunate, and still many opt to do nothing at all. This year if you intend on incorporating acts of kindness to the poor, we invite come and serve the homeless with us for the 6 weeks of lent. Help us collect clothes for the hundreds of men we serve every two weeks. We also will be celebrating Jesus with the homeless on April 19th. Cuaresma comienza Marzo 5 y es el tiempo por el cual los cristianos asimilan los sufrimientos de Jesucristo, como resultado muchos sacrifican algo que damos por descontado, otros hacen actos de bondad para los menos afortunados, y muchos todavía optan por no hacer nada en absoluto. Este año si tiene la intención de incorporar actos de bondad a los pobres, lo invitamos que vengan a servir a los desamparados con nosotros durante las 6 semanas de la Cuaresma. Ayúdanos a juntar ropa para los cientos de hombres que servimos cada dos semanas. También vamos a celebrar a Jesús con los Homeless Abril 19.
