Leo Pupdate: Sorry in taking so long to update everyone on Leo and his treatment, he had yesterday. But last night I spent the night enjoying having my Leo back again. Basking in the knowledge that before me was the proof that I had made the right decision, going with Chemo. From the time we came back from the Vet to about midnight, when he fell asleep Leo was full of energy, playful and like nothing had ever happened. His breathing is 100% better, his eyes are so much clearer and he is eating and drinking like a horse. Also the swelling in his Lymph Nodes has gone down 60%. Tomorrow he goes in for the second part of his treatment. I am hoping he weathers it as well as the first part of it. We go in at 9:30 so please keep us in your thoughts and say a little prayer that he does well. His Cancer Doctor is at his regular Vet office and she loves Bull Terriers. She said the love of them began when she saw the movie The Incredible Journey at age 7. (same as me except I was 6) She was giving him belly rubs while talking with me. I think we are in good hands, with her. hank you so much for all of your kindness and support it has really helped us so much.
