Leonard is a BIG bodied 15.3hh gelding that is about as sturdy and healthy as one horse can be. This horse has BODY, great bone, great feet, straight and nice boned clean legs, and a personality that you cannot help but to fall in love with! Loves people, loves attention, and loves any other living being he comes in contact with. Extremely easy keeper, he requires no special maintenance and he will NEVER break your bank feeding him ;) This big guy is BROKE and SAFE. Great trail horse, he will tie all night to a picket line or trailer, and will take you anywhere you need to go.............over logs, through water, mud, down the road, etc. He just lowers his head and walks. Will never give you more than what you ask for. he is very smooth, but can also move out with his big stride when asked. He started life as a trail horse and then was owned by a family for many years that rode him english and did basic arena work. He will walk trot lope on command, nice transitions. rides in a snaffle, and has a remarkable easy and nice handle on him for his size. Makes a great english horse as well. So easy to be around, haul, etc. He is UTD on shots, 2013 coggins and trims. Currently has a set of 4 shoes on for camping and trails, but has lived most of his life barefoot. This is an all around, enjoy, do anything with kind of horse. Just about anyone who can ride will ge along with this horse as long as you can handle his size. $2500
