Lesley Lewis very rightly looked at the Referendum Bill of 2013 - TopicsExpress

Lesley Lewis very rightly looked at the Referendum Bill of 2013 for Scotland and it shows a sample ballot and clearly states that a barcode must identify a legal ballot. Which means we are now needing to ask: why do we have a letter from the Chief Counting Officer assuring a member of the voting public that unmarked votes will be counted? He or she has thus declared in writing that they are certifying illegal ballots. That alone corrupts the vote. Guys a barcode or identifying number obviously is needed to be cross referenced against the Electoral rolls so that you dont have unverifiable votes cast or anomalies like someone voting more than once which if course an unmarked ballot wont reveal. And we have twenty mire new firsthand reports of unmarked votes.
