Specializing in energy healing, I will focus on the mind/ body/ spirit connection to facilitate a harmonious balance, clearing the body of suppressed energy, and balancing the chakras. **Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or vortex, and it refers to each of the seven energy centers, located on the midline of the body, of which our consciousness, our energy system, is composed. Chakras are the midpoint of activity that receives, assimilates and expresses life force energy. They are responsible for the persons physical, mental, and spiritual functions. Blocked energy in our 7 Chakras can often lead to illness physically, mentally and spiritually, so its important to balance our Chakras to keep this energy flowing freely.
