Less than 10 days until our next college tournament, which will be at Lake Mitchell, in Clanton, AL! Its exciting and Im looking forward to a great tournament and hopefully a strong turnout. Remember, you have to fish 4 tournaments to fish our championship, and there are only 4 left. This means that ANY school that has not fished a single one, can still fish the rest of our schedule to qualify for our championship. The remaining schedule is as follows - August 16th - Lake Mitchell September 6th - Lake Pickwick September 27th - Lake Jordan October 25th - Smith Lake November 8-9th - CHAMPIONSHIP Smith Lake Our championships is offering some huge rewards for the top 3 competitors, some of the biggest awarded on the college trail. 1st place will receive their choice of a fully paid entry into either the Alabama Bass Trail North OR South division, or a fully paid Angler AND Co-Angler Entry into a BASS open event of their choice; along with $1500 2nd will choose from the remaining entries, and 3rd will get the last entry. Now, for a small idea of what were offering - The Alabama Bass Trail offers you 5 chances at 10 thousand dollars, with a championship offering a new, fully rigged bass boat. The BASS Open gives you an opportunity to test your skills against some of the best from around the country, and if you win, and fish the rest of the tournaments in your division, you get a trip the biggest event of them all, the Bassmaster Classic. I hope this post will really help some understand what is at stake and the huge opportunities were giving away. We need some big turnouts in the next 4 tournaments to show that you all enjoy this, and have a chance to win some huge prizes.
