Lesson is an effective strategy for designing and implementing aligned instruction because it helps teachers to develop collaborative goals instruction based on content standards. Lesson study also is a powerful because it make sense of educational ideas within their practice. According to Pearce,2009 Lesson study is the essence of finding how the area is being shaped with/without various relative dimensions of the body an its tail. It is a plan that our conducted accordance with/without the wishes of the school which is found better than a teachers design itself. Lesson study also is the evident of improving the quality of technology used in observing the lesson of the teachers who had initially thought they did not have the technology expertise required. Choksi and Fernandez,2004 suggested that highly rewarding is needed to teachers commitment to the practice and the support of the school administrators and the government. According to Matoba et.al,2007 that lesson study is a collaborative design research framework which emphasize teachers leadership for learning and improving teaching,interaction between students in the classroom and their individual needs and learning differences.Lesson study has help them improve and teaching and believes that lesson study is the most effective form of professional development according to Murata and Takahashi,2002.Lesson study is not about the teacher.It is about the lesson and also is not about the success of the planned and agreed about the lessons.
