Lesson learned. Probably will not be getting our furniture for a long time. Went on line yesterday to check out Lazy Boy. It has over 300 reviews, 99% BAD. Some people have waited up to a year for their orders. Customer Service is bad and so is their product. I called twice yesterday and manager said he would call me back, he didnt. If we cancel the order there is a 30% re-stocking fee. I wish I had checked out this company before buying anything. I have heard for years what a great company it was and most important the furniture is made in the USA, a big plus in my book. From the reviews I guess that is no longer the truth and the customer does not come first. So for now we have 2 recliners to sit on. If we have company, you will have to sit on the floor!
