Lesson learnt. Try to keep variety in your meals when your 3 year old asks why are we are having breaky again as I served him his lunch! Pictured are our Royal Sunday Brunch followed by a late Sunday Roast. Breakfast was our chicken rissoles slow cooked in bone broth gravy served with roast sweet potato, broccoli & cultured vegge. Lunch was Roast beef with bone broth gravy, roast vegge & broccoli & carrot steamed in bone broth. Lots of broth and healthy fats but apparently no variation! Lol! Lets just call it a bad hair day shall we.
