Lesson of the day: Matt 17:20-He said to them, Because of the littleness of your faith [that is, your lack of firmly relying trust]. For truly I say to you, if you have faith [that is living] like a grain of mustard seed, you can SAY to this mountain, Move from here to yonder place, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you. Beloved, may you function in mountain moving faith! Amen. Today, the lord wants to share an all important instruction with us. God wants us to speak to our mountains! A mountain is something huge, a giant, a permanent looking obstacle; it represents difficulty. Many times, we all pray about mountains, difficulties etc, but what God really wants us to do at a certain point, is to speak to those mountains! When David faced Goliath, he sounded funny to his own brothers, king Saul and the other Israelite soldiers, but David did not cower down; he did not complain and speak the same lingua of defeat the whole Israel was singing; He confronted the giant and won a famous victory. Its the same way with us, we all have certain mountains in our lives; certain permanent looking distress, lack, relationship problems, unemployment, hardship etc. What God is saying today is enough prayer said! Go and cast that mountain to a yonder place! No matter how much anyone may pray for you, your mountain will eventually respond to your own voice! Speak up and relocate that mountain! Shalom
