Yes, it is out of place. The North is taking the South-South and the entire South for granted. It was revealed recently that 83 per cent of the oil blocks belong to Northerners when the oil is in the backyard of Southerners. Now, let me tellyou, there is oil in my compound and my neighbour is piping my oil without me, who owns the oil getting anything from the oil in my place, which is exactly what we are talking. Nobody in the Niger-Deltahas oil block, only Northerners and they are still shouting. If it is the North that had the oil we are talking about, I do notthink Nigeria will be one today. At the state level there is tension over which senatorial zone should produce the next governor in 2015. Where do you align yourself? I am Urhobo from the Central Senatorial District of Delta state.
