Let Discretion Guide Thee Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: Proverbs 2:11 What is discretion? It is that discernment which enables a person to judge critically of what is correct and proper, united with caution. Psalm 112:5, A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion. A man seriously contemplates his decisions. His judging factor is whether it is truth or not. If it is in accordance with the scriptures. When this is how you judge things for your own life you are on the pathway of preservation. Understand this, Satan is trying to take away from man this discretion. That is what Political Correctness is all about. Political correctness tells you that you dont have a choice in what you say or how you live. It must be done by what society says. Even some folks who profess to be Christians want to control you. It is up to us to yield to the Lord and let Him have His way in our lives. I will tell you that I will live according to what God says and let His word be my guide.
