Only apartments for Jews are being built. The truth: More buildings are being built in the Arab sector in Israel supported by the Israeli Government. 2300 apartments will be built in the neighborhood Skhonat ha Galil in Nazareth. There will be built a new school and places for entertainment/cultural events. The norm in Arab society has so far been to build the new home for the children and their new family on top of the first floor so that family keep together. However young Arabs now wants to live like modern Israeli Jews away from their families in modern homes like these. In the near future the Israeli government plan to build more than 150 000 apartments only in the Arab sector Israeli Channel 2 has reported. For a three rooms apartment the new owner will pay 600 000 NIS. The new building projects are supervised by Israeli Ministry of Housing and will take place in the Arab towns of Nazareth, Sakhnin, Um al Fahm and Taiybe. The new neighborhood in Sakhnin, Elhay Elgaded, ("the new neighborhood") is said to be the biggest of such projects and will contain a new shopping mall and of course new churches and mosques are planned to be built as well.
