Let Us Pray 💜 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit”. Romans 13:15 Our Father in Heaven, We know You are the God of hope. Sadly we let the wear and tear of each days trials make hope distant in our hearts. Today we acknowledge that we need You. We need Your hope in our hearts and we need Your filling. Please help us to do our part and trust You. Help us to trust You to give us the hope and the joy and the peace that Your Holy Spirit brings. Increase our faith so we can trust You fully with all the question marks in our life. Fill us by the power of Your Holy Spirit now. We don’t want to just survive or just get by… we want to overflow! Your Holy Spirit is the only one who has the power to pour the peace and joy You offer into our weary souls. We trust you today with all the circumstances of our lives. We thank you tonight for Your unconditional love and the gift Your son brought to each of us through the cross. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Father God, thank you for this promise, thank you for the times you carry us when we are too weak to walk, thank you for our gift of hope and joy, even in the moments we are filled with sorrow and thank you for your son Jesus whom fills our souls with peace. It is in Your sons most precious name we pray, Amen.
