Let me ask something really quick... Without discounting their claims which may or may not be true, If there is such a shortage of nurses in the healthcare field that many have to be forced to work overtime, whats preventing these nurses if they are as good at their job as they say they are from applying for and obtaining employment at another hospital for so called better treatment and/or better pay? P.S. This is only gonna get worse when the ObamaCare healthcare demand goes up which result in more patients.
