Let me be serious for a second! 10 months ago I was diagnosed with Crohns disease and ulcerative colitis and if you know what this disease is, you know its a battle! I am in constant pain and in and out the hospital have had mini strokes and yet I am still kicking! I am posting this pic, not for attention, but for those that saw me in the past! I decided to change my eating habits and take control of this disease! I am not where I want to be but dammit I have come a long way! 192 to 159 in 6 months is not bad!
