Let me be the millionth person to post Jon Stewarts rant. I really would like to hear an explanation of why there was no indictment in this case. What evidence was missing that would have allowed for an indictment? I understand that Mr. Garner was resisting arrest, but are police officers trained to use this level of force, violence, and lack of restraint and compassion when someone pulls their hands away from a cop that is trying to arrest them? FFS he was never acting in any threatening manner! How is this not negligent homicide at the least? No indictment here seems to me like a stamp of approval of this kind of behavior.
