Let me be very clear on this, people. This is a Collingwood Group and we only ever discuss any other club here when we play them. Two former members had a whinge tonight about not being able to talk about another club, even though that had nothing to do about us playing them (we dont play that club until May). Both chose to leave this Group and I will bluntly say that option is open to anyone who thinks they can post whatever they like here. [That thread has now been deleted, too.] We have rules that were established by the Group Creator for the benefit of us all, and we will stick by them. If you truly cant abide by this Groups standards, then please leave. We will not cater for the few who wish to do something else; we exist for the benefit of all, not just a few. If you wish to see a change here, we Admins are always open to discussing that. But, please message us first. We will not conduct an open discussion without having talked to the member who had the suggestion to make first, to ensure we properly understand what is being suggested, then amongst the Admins as a group to consider whether it is something we should do. But, I will say this as well. A year ago this Group had just 150 members; we now have over 1,300. We are quite obviously doing something right for so many people to want to come here. Please keep that in mind. We are open to changing, improving things, but we will not change the underlying foundation of this group under any circumstances. We are Collingwood. No-one else.
