Let me clear the air concerning TUMSO Expulsion/Suspension. As we have always maintained as a Student Union, our mandate is divine. We have always and will always protect the endagered welfare of the Students. Who could imagine studying for 5 years just to get a Microwave degree. Who could imagine spending more than a million as fees just to recieve an empty degree. Kenya has come over ages. Days of cheap intimidation are long gone. Only God knows the pain those who cleared Dec last year and yet to recieve a Certificate are going through. To the administration it is true that you have Expelled Benmark, Nathan and Morio. Suspended Walter and Vinnie for 1&2 yrs respectively. But for your information we are not surprised, it is evident that the primary loyalty of the disciplinary committee is towards an individual. So this was expected. Now the big Question is...Has that brought Accreditition??? Bear this in mind, He who comes to equity must come with clean hands, He who seeks equity must do equity Equity favours the vigilants not to whos slumbers on their right It is axiomatic that statutory powers can only be exercised validly if they are exercised reasonably. No statute ever allows anyone on whom it confers a power to exercise such power arbitrarily, capriciously or in bad faith Such uncalled for intimadition will not sway us in this quest. Try something else. We chose to join TUM and shall leave TUM on our pleasure!!! I stand guided and convinced that even the Almighty God knows we are on the right to fyt for our future. I have no doubt in my mind that he who sits in high heavens will reward our toil very soon and in style!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
