Let me count the things I did today. @Gym -Static cycle 50 paddles , 10 leg presses and 5 quads lift 3 sets . @Pool- Walk breadths n swim back breadths 10 reps. @Studio-Pole deadlifts 5 reps, shoulder mount lifts and other lifts only 2-3 reps, abs completed level 2 then did 3/4 of level 3. @physio, learnt how to walk up n down the steps , had some massage done to ITB, calves n knee and did ultrasound, IF. @home practiced walk up n down the steps about 10 mins . Before sleep did tip toe 10 reps, mini squats and mini hamstring lifts 10 reps . Iced twice . Why am I not sleeping soundly ?
