Let me explain my status about Musician Appreciation. It didnt come from a negative place. Every situation Im currently involved in is A-okay. Im good, and Im happy. But I understand that appreciation is a much needed fuel. In any form of relationship, when one party doesnt know theyre appreciated, it opens a void that longs to be filled. I personally am not an attention seeker. I try to deflect attention to myself as much as possible. So i desire no special program or any of that, but every personal conversation that I have with someone pushes me to keep going. And some guys contribute greatly and need to be publicly celebrated. I just dont want another musician colleague to leave this earth before we tell them, We love you, we appreciate you sharing your gift, thank you, and my life has been made better to some extent because of what you do.
