Let me express my opinion here... 1. The judge moved l barmiil l already matt3ouj men eddem temthel l 3adraa bass ma sheftaa ssallet... No big deal, but making unnecessary sanctimonious arguments just to make the other party look bad puts in question the credibility of the attorney. The same applies to her schmoozing Tony Khalifeh at the beginning... In any case, this is one homely looking judge, IMHO. 2. OK, there was initially a non-violent verbal instigation by Jacqueline. The Syrian guy actually threw the first punch. So everything that follows cam easily fall under self-defense. 3. The judge was the first to pull Jacquelines hair but that falls under defending her husband. The 2nd hair pulling can also fall under proactively defending her husband. But this judge certainly used violence and aggression in self-defense. 4. This is not an open and shut case. This is better left to be decided in a criminal court. A prima facie, I would side with the judge and her husband and I think they will prevail 5. IMO, certain interjections from this attorney were z2aa2iyyeh and totally unprofessional. You draw your own conclusion...
