Let me get some things straight RIGHT NOW!!!! First, this survey that my wife was trying to conduct was under complete anonymity and only a select few knew the under story. This was not directed toward any single person or household until someone responded with a paragraph defending them. Then this turned into a complete pissing match. As far as that goes, I am out. Now the second thing to straighten up is this. There was a private message that was sent out and meant as a mere suggestion, nothing more. This whole thing should have stayed private and been not blasted out to the public. We did not know the whole story which is why we made the suggestion. Then a proper response could have simply said thank you, or explained that the bottles had been decorated, or simply ignored. Now this whole thing has been spun up with so many tangents that I don’t even want to think about. The third thing, and one of the most important is this: My house DOES NOT judge nor does it have any glass walls. I do not assume or presume anything about anyone until I have had the privilege to meet and get to know that person. After which, any judgmental thoughts or statements are never mentioned where anyone else can eavesdrop, and certainly not a single harmful word is uttered in public. There are problems in every family, as the world knows, but some simply can’t keep those problems in house and under wraps. The final thing, and the MOST important is this: if I have any issues or concerns with anyone at all, then I take those to that person so that we can discuss them as civilized people. I refuse to pass any faults I have with someone upon another who knows nothing about the circumstances surrounding the faults. If anyone at all has any problems with My House (Joshua McHaffey, Brooke McHaffey, and our children) then bring them to me personally through a private message or phone call. This is not the place to handle such business.
