Let me get this right..........Somali pirates seize a French yacht, hold the French occupants to ransom to the tune of several million $$s, the French government pay the ransom and get back the hostages and the French military then capture the pirates. Now the European Court of Human Rights have ruled that France has to pay the pirates several thousand Euros each because they were held on French soil for too long, thus violating the Somali pirates human rights.
