You give me a recycled phone number (that I suspect was used quite recently) and do not warn me that I might want to put it on the Do Not Call list (or, better yet, put it there yourselves and let me know that I can opt out if I wish). So I receive needless calls while driving telling me that I have won xxx IF I do yyy. And then when I call you, one department passes me to another (only after I insist). Warning to ONSTAR users...
