Let me give you little bit of Mama workout..she starts off walking for 15 minutes, then she rides bicycle for 30 minutes, then she lays on this board that tilted and peddles for 30 minutes with her arms, then she has to stand and lift each leg 60 times, then she has to throw ball for 15 minutes, then she has walk back to her room, and this is twice aday, She is doing great and She is one tough woman Damn im tired just typing this
