Let me go against the grain for a second because its my truth and its been my reality. I see and hear all over this profession to have a dream and that guys living his dream and shes got a big dream etc... I dont believe in that. I see piles of people dreaming and hoping and waiting for this dream to live into... and thats not what I relied on. Im living my LIFE. Its real. Not a dream... Having a dream is one thing... thats easy and everyones got one. I had a BURNING MUST HAVE WHY or else Id be completely broke. Thats different. I created in my head and in my reality a DESPERATION WHY... and it became an obsession. I wasnt chasing any gurus. And I wasnt climbing any comp plan totem poles or mlm stage dreams to hear my stage song and all that clutter. I observed people actually LIVING A LIFE like I wanted and I saw it was going to take a PLAN. It was going to take new skills I had to learn (fast) and it was going to take a whole new outlook and mindset including BRAND NEW BELIEF SYSTEMS... Thats a whole lot more involved than just get a dream and whats your dream... I never wanted a dream. I wanted to build a real life in THIS life and I wanted to do it as soon as possible. You roll with the punches (yes, there will always be punches hitting you square in the face) and its how you roll with them and get your ass back up off the canvass and STOP DREAMING and start swinging back with SKILL and with PLAN that builds you a life. So, against the grain, Id say to you, DO NOT JUST HAVE A DREAM... BUILD A LIFE. Thats makes it real. Wake up... and build a life. Cause for dreams, you have to be sleeping. Have an amazing 2015 of PRODUCTION. Get the skills. Make your mistakes. Learn how to get back up quicker. Be smarter. And build a life. Forget a dream. Have a VISION. and a PLAN. Back it with SKILLS. And dont STOP improving. Thats it... back to the North Shore.
