Let me introduce one of our fabulous staff members here at Stitched Studio, Abigail Timmis! Abby is a hand embroiderer, student of illustration, fiber artist, and lover of all things handmade. She spent a semester in England at the Royal School of Needlework studying technical hand embroidery and became certified in Jacobean Crewelwork, Silk Shading, and Canvaswork (needlepoint). Her work appeared in the book Mastering the Art of Embroidery, by Sophie Long. Right now she is excited about combining illustration and needlework to create her own patterns. We are so fortunate to have her here at Stitched Studio! The best part is that she is excited to share her knowledge with all of you!
