Let me just be real with you right now... I may not have much weight to drop any more but I have areas that I am working on improving; JUST LIKE YOU! We arent any different. We may be at different levels of fitness. We may be doing this a lot linger than others; or shorter. We may be different ages, have different life schedules and stresses, etc. But what ISNT different is the fact that we are working on getting better in some area. And if we keep our eyes on the goal, it gets closer and more visible with time. Do nothing and we either stay the same (if we are lucky); or more often than not, we get further away from what we want most. Ive had 4 pregnancies, and 3 children. My body has gained and lost weight many many many many times. Im blessed with the body I have but dont think for a minute that I will take it for granted. I will work hard every freaking day to eat the best foods and get in my dense nutrients (bcuz its not just about calories), plus work to strengthen my heart, body and mind. We all get older but dont think that means we need to concede to stopping. Who is WITH ME TODAY?????
