Let me just say this is some ER we have. Took Devin after smashing finger just ask them to look at his finger I know they was busy but I just wanted to know how bad it was. They was sitting behind desk not with pateints. I told them I knew they was busy but if they couldnt at least look at it I would take him somewhere else . reply I got was u do what u gotta do were busy!!!! Fellow friend went other nite at 2am sit there for while never was seen so he got up & left! I thought hospitals & er people was supposed to care... Our jeb Stuart EMTs helped out great when I had them come back to shop n meet us.. Now he is at Mt .Airy & no complaints about care!!!! Something has to change here . I hear there are several complaints on ER staff & thats reflecting back on the Drs that do care!!!!
